CONSUMER PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
Our products are warranted to be free of initial defects for material, mechanical, electrical and/or cosmetic workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
Initially defective consumer returns are to be shipped prepaid to GemRee Enterprises, Inc. at customer expense. Customers are eligible to return defective merchandise under the following guidelines. Defective products covered under the expressed warranty period may be returned for full credit or replacement with prior written authorization from the company.
1. A Merchandise Return Authorization Number, [MRA #,] will be utilized for every defective return request and mailed to the customers’ attention.
2. Only current merchandise will be accepted for defective returns.
a. Out of Warranty Products are ineligible for return and will not receive credit.
3. MRA numbers must appear on the outside shipping carton on all defective returns along with a copy of the bill of lading or invoice listing the contents of the shipment.
a. Defective returned shipments without an MRA # will be refused and returned to the shipper at their expense.
b. Credit will be extended on only those items listed on the original customer return authorization request.
4. Defective returns are to be made freight prepaid by the shipper.
a. Freight costs on all Defective Returns are the responsibility of the shipper.
b. Defective returns shipped freight collect or prepaid and deduct will be refused and returned to the shipper at their expense.
5. Items returned with either broken or missing parts are ineligible for full credit.
a. Gemree Enterprises will bill back the customer for the cost of the broken or missing parts on products returned.
6. Items returned in un-saleable or abused condition are ineligible for credit and will be returned to the shipper at their expense.
Should you have any concerns with your product and need a refund or replacement, we gladly take most items for return within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement or a replacement will be sent.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, you may return merchandise to:

1. The consumer must provide their current return address and telephone number for processing.
2. Valid proof of purchase must accompany the return.
3. Copy of Sales Receipt from original place of purchase.
4. Copy of warranty card.
5. A $10.00 processing fee in the form of check, money order or valid credit card for shipping and handling must accompany the return.
6. Consumer will be contacted in writing by service department, should shipping and handling fee not accompany the return.
7. Consumer repair or replacement returns will not be processed until the shipping and handling fee is received.
8. We will notify the consumer in writing, should the customer’s return for repair or replacement not be covered under the expressed warranty period.
9. A detailed explanation will state the company’s position for denying in warranty repair or replacement.

b. Missing Parts
c. Damaged in Transit
d. Product too old. Out of warranty period.
10. Consumer will be notified in writing with written estimate to repair units not covered under warranty.

Persons who intentionally gain access to this site with no intention of paying for our Products, and later dispute the charge with their financial institution and/or refuse to pay the charge, are committing fraud and are subject to criminal and civil litigation under interstate commerce laws. If you don't have any intention of paying for your purchase, don't order!
